Wow, life has been amazing since I last updated! Anyone who says being a mommy doesn't take up every single minute of your spare time is lying...but I'll tell ya, I wouldn't trade it for the world!

When I haven't been busy raising my bambino, work has been better than ever...

I just finished a fabulous run of ANYTHING GOES at the Sacramento Music Circus, playing Erma the gangster moll... had a blast playing opposite Jason Graae's Moonface and Vicki Lewis' Reno, and it was great to work with director Marcia Milgrom Dodge again. I had previously played Hope in this great show...maybe I'll play Reno someday and complete the trifecta...and I loved dusting off my tap shoes! I added a gallery of pics from this show to the site if you want to take a look.

I'm also very excited about the upcoming release of an independent film that I am starring in...it's a romantic comedy called TICK TOCK BOOM CLAP and should be released onto the festival circuit later this year, with screenings starting in October 2011. What a challenge and a pleasure it was to sink my teeth into a lead role on film. I laughed, I cried...I even flew on wires as Peter Pan! (When you see the film, you'll understand.) Other recent highlights have included playing The Actress in the Musical Theatre Guild production of HELLO AGAIN - an amazing role and such amazing music...performing a concert as the guest artist for the West Coast Singers' annual benefit gala...and reuniting with the cast of INVADER ZIM for an incredible weekend at InvaderCon in Atlanta! It was a blast (and it's looking good for a sequel in 2012, so stay tuned!)

Speaking of reunions...I'll also be reunited with the stellar cast of COWBOY BEBOP for a benefit for We Heart Japan on October 1 in Los Angeles...look below for more info. We'll be doing a reading of one of the BEBOP scripts...you won't want to miss this if you're a BEBOP fan!
